Job summary

Huawei in Singapore is seeking a Contract Specialist to support end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and provide commercial and administrative support through contract execution.

The role involves managing contract reviews, decision-making processes, internal controls, risk warnings, document handling with customers, and general admin duties to maintain process quality in a dynamic, global tech environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of work experience with a degree in finance, business management or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong sense of risk awareness and confidentiality.
  • Able to work rigorously and carefully with high responsibility and ability to handle pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
  • High proficiency in Chinese reading and writing for communications with colleagues in China and understanding Chinese policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales business management process and be responsible for end-to-end contract management (contract review, contract decision-making, etc).
  • Review and organize routine sales decision-making according to the decision-making process and authority execution rules
  • Complete process execution/adaptation and operation according to processes and work instructions, participate in process internal control work, independently handle common problems and complete specific tasks, and be responsible for process execution quality
  • Risk warning, support project initiation review, and support issue closure. Be responsible for project operation standardization and project risk management
  • Follow up with relevant internal stakeholder(s) to ensure the signed documents from customer are (a) properly returned, and (b) scanned and archived in accordance with company policies
  • Perform any other administrative functions and duties which may be assigned from time to time
