Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD West location is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruitment for new polyclinic openings. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate the selection process while partnering with hiring managers to meet manpower needs.

You will also handle onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations, ensuring MOH compliance and vaccination record maintenance, with liaison to HR Shared Services as needed.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment to meet manpower needs for new polyclinic openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
• Leverage recruitment channels (job portals, career fairs, social media, agencies, and educational partners) to attract quality candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Monitor recruitment progress and highlight challenges to keep staffing on schedule.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations, including MOH documentation and vaccination records.
