Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Part-time Packer / QC for Marsiling Road, Singapore. Earn $11–$13 per hour with weekly salary payouts. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Initial commitment is 2–3 months with potential for extension or full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. Start date is 21st October 2026 (Wednesday). Orientation runs 8:15am–5:45pm with an orientation rate of $12/hour.

Shift A – $11/hour

Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

Shift B – $13/hour

Monday – Friday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Saturday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

Shift C – $13/hour

Monday – Friday: 11:00pm – 7:00am

Job Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of products to identify defects

• Check products according to the required quality standards

• Perform packing and related production support duties

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Able to work according to the selected shift schedule

• Able to commit for 2–3 months

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom / controlled working environment

• Responsible, punctual and able to follow instructions

• Good attention to detail
