Job summary

Flo Health Inc. is seeking a contract Product Designer to join our Technology team on a full-time, 6–12 month hybrid basis.

The role focuses on designing end-to-end flows for customer-facing products and the Canopy internal console, translating requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Product/UI/UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, ideally including B2B, SaaS, or internal tooling.
Portfolio that shows end-to-end product thinking and shipped product work.
Own the full design process—from discovery to prototyping and final handoff.
Ability to simplify dense, data-heavy interfaces with strong IA and interaction design.
Comfort with design systems, tokens, components, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end flows and interfaces across customer-facing products and Canopy (internal console).
Own the design process from problem framing to handoff—translate PRDs into wireframes and prototypes.
Simplify complex workflows into clear, efficient interfaces for internal teams.
Work within the design system, using tokens and components; flag gaps for new patterns.
