Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a temporary procurement support assistant in Newton, Singapore.

The role involves engaging with external stakeholders via email and phone, following up on information submissions, and handling general enquiries. The ideal candidate holds at least a degree in any discipline and has 1 year of procurement-related experience; knowledge of Government Procurement Instruction Manuals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum a degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement practices and processes.
• Knowledge in Government Procurement Instruction Manuals is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support outreach and engagement activities with external stakeholders via email and phone.
• Follow up with stakeholders on required information and submissions.
• Attend to general enquiries from external stakeholders and members of the public.
• Assist with the processing, verification and organisation of information and records received.
• Maintain and update records, trackers and databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with the collation and consolidation of data and information for reporting and monitoring purposes.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required.
