Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) or a diploma in pharmaceutical science.

• Experience in inpatient/outpatient pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities

• Process medication orders and support medication dispensing
• Pick, pack and label medications accurately
• Support medication reconciliation and prescription processing
• Pre-pack medications and process inpatient medication supply requests
• Perform billing-related duties
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients
• Maintain proper medication storage and stock organisation using FIFO
• Conduct inventory cycle counts according to SOPs
• Comply with medication safety and pharmacy procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
