Garena is seeking a Game Support Engineer to assist top UGC creators, troubleshooting projects and guiding them through game editor tools, scripting, and publishing workflows. The role includes reviewing creator projects, surfacing editor limitations, and delivering actionable feedback to engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong game development background with a published portfolio, experience in multiplayer architectures, and proficiency in C++, C#, and Python.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Provide hands‑on technical support to top UGC creators by assisting and coaching them to troubleshoot and debug projects.
• Help creators get the most out of the game editor and creator tools, including scripting, gameplay logic, physics, UI, asset pipelines, and publishing.
• Review creator projects and provide clear, actionable, and encouraging technical feedback.
• Act as the bridge between creators and the product and engineering teams by surfacing pain points, editor limitations, and feature requests with concrete, prioritised examples.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualise and design innovative games.
• Develop, test, and maintain games, ensuring they meet both technical and player experience standards.
• Provide regular updates to improve game features and functionality.
• Address and resolve bugs promptly to maintain game stability and quality.

Formazione
