Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Clinical Study Assistant (Pharm MNC) for an immediate 1-year engagement in the West region. You will assist with trial documentation, study file organization, and data entry, ensuring accuracy across study records and inventories.

Office hours provide a predictable schedule. Requirements include a degree in Life Sciences or related field; prior clinical trials or CTA experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline preferred
• Experience in clinical trials, clinical research, or CTA role is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist with trial documentation, study file organization, and data entry/verification.
• Maintain clinical trial records, manage study supplies and inventory, and update internal platforms like SharePoint.
• Support study set-up activities, help organize pre-study meetings, and assist the clinical research team in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
