Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a professional to support the development and improvement of procurement and supply management processes, roles and ways of working.

You will identify improvement opportunities, translate them into practical actions, help develop KPIs and reporting, and drive digitalization, automation and better use of data within procurement and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of procurement and supply management processes, roles and ways ofworking.
• Identify improvement opportunities within procurement and supply chain and translate these into practical actions and improvement plans.
• Support the development of relevant KPIs and performance reporting for procurement and supply chain.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation and improveduse of data withinprocurement, supply chain and related business processes.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and root-cause analysison selected operational and supply chain topics.
• Lead or support selectedcontinuous improvement and cross-functional projectsinvolving procurement, supply chain, operations, quality, engineeringand finance.
• Support the standardization of key processesand working methodsto improve efficiency, reliability andcollaboration.
• Provide analytical support and recommendations to management and support the implementation and follow-up ofagreed improvement actions
