Job summary

HYPERBRANDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a content creator to develop beauty videos, film hair transformations, product demos and trend content. You will edit with CapCut, design simple graphics in Canva, and stay ahead of TikTok/IG trends while appearing on camera as the face of some content pieces.

You'll collaborate with founders, brainstorm campaigns, plan shoots, and help grow Rehues beyond Singapore while building a fast-moving brand.

Location: Singapore, S00, SG.

Contract: Full time, on site.

What you'll be doing:

• Create beauty content
• Come up with TikTok, Reels and short-form video ideas
• Film hair transformations, product demos, trends, street-style content, founder content and relatable beauty videos
• Be comfortable appearing on camera: you’ll sometimes be the face/hands/hair behind the content
• Edit videos using CapCut and create simple graphics on Canva and leveraging on AI technologies
• Turn ideas into content
• Scroll TikTok and Instagram for work and spot trends we can jump on
• Brainstorm hooks, concepts and campaigns with the founders
• Plan shoots, storyboard videos and help bring ideas from “this could be fun” to something actually posted
• Help manage our social content calendar

Work with creators & influencers

• Find creators who genuinely match Rehues
• Reach out to KOLs, influencers and UGC creators
• Coordinate product seeding, briefs and content deliverables
• Build relationships with creators we can grow with long term

You'll also get exposure to our expansion outside Singapore.

We care much more about your taste, attitude and potential than having the “perfect” CV. If you have a personal TikTok, portfolio or videos you’ve made before, we’d love to see them.

You’ll really love this role if:

• You’re really into beauty, hair, fashion or lifestyle content
• You’re TikTok / Instagram FYP is basically your second home
• You naturally notice things like “this hook is good”, “this edit is boring” or “Rehues should totally do this trend”
• You’re comfortable talking, modelling products or appearing naturally on camera
• You enjoy filming and editing rather than only planning from behind a laptop
• You know your way around CapCut, Canva, TikTok and Instagram
• You have lots of ideas and actually like executing them
• You’re independent and don’t need someone telling you what to do every hour
• You can move quickly, experiment, learn and try again when something flops
• You care about making things look good but you also understand that content needs to perform, not just be aesthetic

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Beauty / fashion / lifestyle brands
• TikTok Shop or e-commerce or livestreaming
• Meta Ads or performance marketing
• Influencer marketing
• Running your own TikTok, Instagram or content account
• Creating videos that have gotten strong organic reach
