Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, content coordination, project management, or advertising.
• Good understanding of local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and digital content requirements.
• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, including their respective content formats and channel specifications.
• Ability to translate local marketing requirements into clear and actionable content briefs for production teams.
• Awareness of local advertising regulations, compliance requirements, and cultural sensitivities.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with local stakeholders, regional teams, and production partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and communicate briefs for locally initiated content, ensuring clear objectives, requirements, and deliverables are provided to the Production Center.
• Provide local requirements, including promotional details, channel specifications, regulatory guidelines, and cultural considerations.
• Conduct first-round reviews of content deliverables to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with local market and platform requirements.
• Consolidate feedback from relevant stakeholders and coordinate revisions and final approvals.
• Escalate timeline, quality, resource, or prioritization issues to the central CoE team for alignment and resolution.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders throughout the content production process.
