• Portfolio demonstrating successful content production and campaigns.
• Proven track record of acquiring clients or generating revenue.
• Strong storytelling, project management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing production budgets, timelines and external vendors.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in advertising, media, branded content is preferred.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated responsibilities across content production, marketing, and sales or business development.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful content production and campaign delivery.
• A proven record of acquiring clients, generating revenue, or achieving measurable marketing results.
• Strong storytelling, project management, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing production budgets, timelines, and external vendors.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English for client communication, proposals, and production coordination.
• Experience in advertising, media, branded content, or creative services is preferred.

Compensation

Monthly base salary: SGD 8,000–10,000.

The final offer will reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications. Other employment terms will be set out in the employment contract.
