Job summary

Jamiyah Singapore is seeking a Content Operations role to own day-to-day content on the Jamiyah SuperApp. You will plan, publish and verify content across multiple modules, ensuring live, on-brand, and useful experiences for members, volunteers, donors and beneficiaries.

You will write in-app copy, coordinate with Jamiyah Studio for graphics, and maintain a rolling content calendar aligned with religious observances. Strong English and Malay skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualification in communications, media, digital marketing or journalism.
• Minimum three years hands-on experience in digital content operations or newsroom production.
• Strong written English with deadline-driven writing ability.
• Malay language proficiency for community content and outreach.
• Familiarity with content management systems, scheduling tools and basic analytics.
• Well-organised and comfortable with daily publishing rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, publish and maintain daily content across Jamiyah SuperApp modules.
• Coordinate content from departments, JamiyahTV and News Desk into a cohesive daily experience.
• Write, edit and proofread in-app copy and campaign messages.
• Brief and QA graphics, banners and assets; ensure brand consistency.
• Apply editorial principles to publish accurate, respectful and family-friendly content.
• Maintain metadata, tagging and archiving for searchability and reuse.
• Serve as primary contact for content submissions from various units.
• Coordinate with the technology partner; log defects and support UAT.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Monitor content calendar in line with programme and Islamic calendars.
