Job summary

Qualifications

• Interest in communications, social research, public policy, or digital transformation.
• Ability to translate human experiences into clear narratives and visuals.
• Experience with qualitative data and storytelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection of caseworker stories and testimonials.
• Review survey responses and focus group feedback for themes.
• Create shareable content (slides, videos, brochures) for distribution.
• Present findings to the Change Management and Product team upon completion.
