Job summary

Hustle Institute PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative content creator to produce engaging short videos and social media content for campaigns in Singapore. You will work on filming, editing, and drafting captions while collaborating with the team to capture behind-the-scenes moments and drive real-world content marketing experience.

You'll stay current with TikTok and Instagram trends, contribute to concepts, and gain hands-on exposure to campaign production in a supportive, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Confident on camera with willingness to appear in videos (optional).
• Familiarity with current TikTok and Instagram trends and sounds.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit engaging short videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns to increase engagement.
• Write concise captions and light scripts that complement video content and messaging.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage during shoots to showcase team culture and campaign processes.
• Participate actively in content shoots to learn campaign production and contribute to creative execution.
• Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram trends and sounds to ensure content relevance and appeal.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and meet campaign goals.
