Job summary

Who you'll be working for

Our client is a MNC in the Beauty & Cosmetics industry, seeking experienced Marketing Executives specifically handling KOLs.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Good communication skills and excellent in both written and oral English
• Experience in brand management, e.g.: marketing, sales, training, merchandizing, and public relations
• Beauty marketing experience within makeup/skincare metier with basic understanding of Social Digital, eCommerce era
• Meticulous, highly organized, independent, and able to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

What you'll be doing on the job

• Defines Affiliate Consumer Engagement strategyli>
• Develops 360/ omnichannel CE plan across all media channels (paid, owned, earned)
• Key programs, media plans and content strategy and execution (inc. social/ digital content/ campaigns, community management and listening)
• Creative briefings
• CRM programming (in partnership with Corporate Marketing)
• Local KOL and Owned Platform Management (FB, IG, YT, brand.com etc)
• Defines the Consumer Journey(s) combining all communication and distribution channels
