Who you'll be working for

Our client is a leading e-commerce leader, seeking for Contract Telemarketer!

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Telesales or customer service experience (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with selling/cross selling over the phone and handling rejections. Thrive in meeting sales targets.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Cold call Marketplace sellers who do not have KAMs/vKAMs as contact point to pitch relevant programmes
• Assist brands with sign-up process if requested by KAM.
• Understand the entire programme and its benefits in order to articulate to sellers and answer any queries.
• Process organic seller applications using Lazada in-house onboarding and payment platforms.
• Manage seller affiliate email account and answer to queries by sellers on the programme.
