BTS Malaysia is seeking an intern for 2027 with a commitment of 3 to 6 months. Preference for final-year students who can commit to 6 months. You will work with BTS leaders and gain exposure to consulting methodologies while contributing to client projects and program design.

You will participate in workshops, research, and analysis, developing skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• An outstanding degree from a top university augmented by presentation, delivery and financial analysis skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another Asian language is a plus.
• Interest in finance, leadership and innovation.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• A mature and professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to connect with people and collaborate in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.
• Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case studies, clubs, travel, public speaking).

Responsabilités

• Project Support: gather and organize information from key client stakeholders for design and execution.
• Workshop Assistance: help deliver workshops virtually, locally, and regionally by preparing materials and logistics.
• Client Engagement Support: maintain strong client relationships and address evolving business needs.
• General Support: assist with research, data analysis, and prepared presentations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: work with consultants and other teams on high‑impact projects.
