Job summary

Synpulse is seeking an experienced UAT Analyst in Singapore to translate client needs into tested solutions. You will conduct research, analysis, and UAT for private banking and insurance-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years UAT in banking, solid QA in Agile/Scrum, familiarity with JIRA, and strong English communication; immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a UAT tester in banking domain environment.
• Strong understanding of core business processes and products in private banking/insurance.
• Experience with UAT and applying testing principles to business solutions.
• Able to apply technology principles to business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to translate client needs into solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and issues through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and client expectations.
• Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
• Document project processes, findings, and solutions for management review.
• Engage in close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
• Support team members with other project activities

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 3-5 years experience as a UAT in banking domain environment
• Strong understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking and/or insurance industry.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and the ability to apply testing principles to business solutions.
• Capable of applying technology principles to business.
• Experienced working in Agile projects
• Experienced in QA processes with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Has experience working in JIRA and applied knowledge in banking systems .
• Can fluently speak and write in English.
• Have applied knowledge in banking systems
• Excellent spoken and written English
