Job summary

Synpulse is seeking an experienced UAT Analyst in Singapore to translate client needs into tested solutions. You will conduct research, analysis, and UAT for private banking and insurance-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years UAT in banking, solid QA in Agile/Scrum, familiarity with JIRA, and strong English communication; immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a UAT tester in banking domain environment.
• Strong understanding of core business processes and products in private banking/insurance.
• Experience with UAT and applying testing principles to business solutions.
• Able to apply technology principles to business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to translate client needs into solutions.
• Perform UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to client via proposals and decks.
• Document project processes and results for management review.
• Engage with clients through updates and networking.
• Support team with other project activities.
