Job description

    You are a proactive and detail-oriented executive with 13 years of experience in MIS reporting, data handling, or as an executive assistant. You will be working with the Country Head/Business Head as an Operations Analyst for the company's India operations, which has over 500 employees. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing employee-related data, preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as Leadership, HR, Project teams, Resource Management, and sales teams.Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining employee-related databases and trackers, generating periodic MIS reports on workforce metrics, analyzing data trends to provide insights for strategic decisions, and assisting in creating dashboards and Excel models for manpower planning and business reviews.In addition to data analytics, you will also provide executive and business support by creating pitch decks for various meetings, preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, and drafting reports and official communications as required.Furthermore, you will act as a bridge between the Business Lead and internal teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, ensuring smooth coordination, follow-up on status updates, and supporting the execution of team meetings and reviews.To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, HR, or a relevant field, expertise in working on various HRMS data/reports, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Cleaning). Proficiency in MS PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.,
