Job summary

Temus is hiring a consultant to support end-to-end digital transformation outcomes, from problem framing through delivery and adoption, across business, experience, delivery and change. This cross-functional role focuses on reshaping business models and ways of working with AI.

You will frame problems, design scalable solutions, enable delivery in agile sprints, drive adoption, and build reusable templates while staying current with emerging AI tools and methods in a Singapore-based team.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in consulting, transformation, product, delivery, or change-related roles (or equivalent internships/projects).
• Exposure to agile or design thinking methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Frame Problems & Define Value: structure client challenges into objectives and hypotheses; identify transformation opportunities; synthesize insights into draft recommendations.
• Design & Prototype Solutions: support workshops; develop process flows and journey maps; build rapid prototypes using AI tools.
• Enable & Deliver: translate needs into requirements; work with engineering, data, and platform teams; contribute to agile releases.
• Drive Adoption & Change: stakeholder engagement, communications, training; design adoption plans and readiness activities.
• Build Capability: contribute to templates and playbooks; stay current with emerging tools and methods.

About the Role

We are hiring a consultant to support end-to-end digital transformation outcomes, from problem framing through delivery and adoption. This is a cross-functional role working across business, experience, delivery, and change, supporting clients and internal teams in turning complex problems into practical solutions, within programmes where AI plays a critical role in reshaping business models, operating structures, and ways of working.

What You'll Do

1) Frame Problems & Define Value

• Support structuring client challenges into clear objectives and hypotheses
• Help identify transformation opportunities, including workflow and role redesign in the AI-led era
• Synthesise insights from workshops, research, and data into draft recommendations

2) Design & Prototype Solutions

• Support workshops and co-creation sessions with client stakeholders
• Develop process flows, journey maps, and solution concepts under guidance
• Build rapid prototypes to validate ideas, using AI tools to accelerate iteration

3) Enable & Deliver

• Help translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements
• Work with engineering, data, and platform teams to support feasibility
• Contribute to delivery through agile sprints and iterative releases

4) Drive Adoption & Change

• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities
• Assist in designing adoption plans and readiness activities

5) Build Capability

• Contribute to reusable templates and playbooks
• Stay current with emerging tools and methods

What We're Looking For
