You can expect to bring consulting experience to:

• Support Business Solutions: Assist in research, functional testing, system configuration and documentation to support ERP implementations and enhancements. Participate in support ticket resolution, user assistance, and basic system configuration across finance, supply, or CRM modules.
• Contribute to Client's Business Transformation: Collaborate with clients and project teams to support project delivery. This includes documenting requirements, preparing training materials, assisting in workshops, and contributing to post-go-live support and enhancement activities.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams and client users to provide support, clarify issues, and ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions. Assist in delivering user training and creating how-to guides or support documentation.
• Contribute to Building LC: Take ownership of small tasks or issues and follow through with resolution or escalation. Champion internal initiatives that align with our growth ambitions, be an advocate for business excellence and continuous improvement.

We are looking for people who:

• Are committed to our clients- client-centricity is how we deliver work that makes a difference. We’re looking for team members who can maintain our client focus and deliver a brilliant experience across all phases of the ERP journey.
• Are comfortable operating as a technology consultant- You may have experience as a NetSuite user or admin, or with another ERP system (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). You've been involved in support, testing and training and are ready to grow into a broader consulting role. Flex your skills across pre-sales, implementation and post-go-live support.
• Have strong consulting fundamentals- You're comfortable documenting processes and writing clear, concise communications. You collaborate well across cross-functional teams and with users, manage your time and priorities effectively, and ask thoughtful questions while applying feedback. You can create simple, effective presentations when needed, take initiative to contribute beyond your immediate responsibilities, and apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to break down issues and propose practical solutions.

These experiences are not required but are an advantage to have:

• Familiarity with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, or dashboards
• Exposure to support work across finance, supply chain, or CRM modules
