Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced trainer to design and deliver engaging WSH sessions for the construction industry. You will ensure content aligns with current regulations and best practices, and manage assessments in theory and practical settings.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction safety, a relevant WSH certificate, and certifications in learning and development. English and an additional language are required for course delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction as Supervisor/Foreman/Safety Personnel.
• Relevant Learning & Development certifications such as ACTA/ACLP/DACE/DDDLP/WAH.
• Proficient in English and at least one additional language (Burmese/Vietnamese/Mandarin) for course delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging WSH training sessions for the construction industry.
• Ensure training content is up-to-date with latest regulations and best practices.
• Monitor trainee assessments using standard plans for theory MCQ and practical sessions.
• Stay updated on WSH legislation to continuously enhance training delivery.
