Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with job site activities
• Coordinate daily site operations and supervise site workers and subcontractors
• Monitor the site schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Handle technical and worksite issues effectively
• Calculate site materials requirements, liaise with Quantity Surveyors (QS) to monitor work schedules and claims
• Report on-site matters and progress to the Project Manager; attend site meetings; ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Conduct general housekeeping at the worksite as needed
• Work on Sundays or public holidays if required
• Maintain a positive attitude when executing manual tasks
