Job summary

FK HUMAN RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure work progresses on schedule while maintaining safety and quality.

Based on-site in Singapore, you will read and interpret drawings, liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, report progress and risks, and enforce housekeeping and site security.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites and crews.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Relevant safety certification where required by regulations.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel between locations if needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and comply with PPE requirements.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with extended hours when required.
