Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment
• Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors to maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols to promote compliance and reduce incidents
• Enforce site safety rules consistently to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
• Manage site accident responses in accordance with established protocols to ensure proper handling and reporting
• Maintain accurate attendance records for construction employees to support workforce managementEvaluate employee performance and implement disciplinary measures to uphold team accountability and productivity
• Analyze blueprints to verify that construction projects comply with design, safety, and budget specifications

Required competencies and certifications
