Job summary

Jinyong Engineering & Trading in Singapore seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee construction site safety. You will inspect sites, educate workers on regulations, enforce rules, and coordinate with subcontractors to prevent accidents.

You will review blueprints, monitor attendance, assess performance, and implement safety protocols in line with regulatory and budget requirements.

• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
