Job summary

CAREER LINK CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor progress against schedules.

You will ensure compliance with BCA/WSH, read blueprints, conduct toolbox talks, raise RFIs, and report issues to the Site Engineer/PM while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work activities and manage subcontractors.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct routine site hazard inspections.
• Help plan work schedules, read blueprints, and complete daily progress reports.
• Act as the main link between on-site workers and off-site project managers.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure work instructions are understood by workers.
• Interpret and follow construction drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Ensure workmanship meets project specs, BCA codes, and company QA/QC requirements.
• Check setting out, levels, dimensions, and installation against approved drawings.
• Raise RFIs and report site problems, delays, or design clashes to Site Engineer/PM.
• Witness and record site tests: concrete slump, compaction, pressure test, etc
• Enforce WSH regulations, MOM guidelines, and company safety rules on site.
• Ensure workers have valid passes, PPE, and toolbox training records.
• Report incidents, near misses, and maintain site safety housekeeping
