Job summary

BON-A ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site activities in Singapore. You will coordinate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure schedule, quality, and safety standards are met.

You will monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate daily reports. The role requires familiarity with site safety requirements and the ability to operate across multiple project sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction or M&E engineering projects
• Familiarity with construction site safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to maintain operational efficiency
• Monitor work progress and adjust plans to ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to align site operations
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures on site
• Inspect work quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
• Arrange and manage manpower, tools, and materials to support site operations
• Prepare and submit daily site reports documenting project progress and issues
• Identify site-related problems and collaborate with the project team to implement timely resolutions
• Communicate clearly and coordinate tasks to facilitate smooth site operations
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Adapt to working at various project sites across Singapore as required
