Job summary

ASPIREBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Assistant to support the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily execution of work on site in Singapore.

You will closely supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to help meet the project schedule and ensure installation follows construction drawings. You will monitor progress and quality of on-site work and ensure that tasks are completed to an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool‑box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
