Job summary

Ultimate Engineering Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on site, coordinating with engineers, main contractor, subcontractors and workers to ensure work aligns with drawings and timelines while meeting safety standards.

The role requires leadership, ability to manage manpower and materials, and a commitment to safety regulations. Long hours, overtime, and night shifts are possible per site requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage workers firmly.
• Good communication skills (English / Tamil / Hindi / basic Chinese preferred).
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and MOM regulations.
• Willing to work long hours, overtime, weekends, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workers
• Coordinate with engineers, main contractor, subcontractors, and workers
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, schedule, and safety requirements
• Manage manpower, tools, and materials on site
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations
• Work at height and oversee high-risk activities
• Handle day & night rotating shifts and overtime when required
