Job summary

HUAXING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a field supervisor to oversee waterproofing activities on construction sites in Singapore.

You will schedule workers, ensure instructions are followed, and monitor progress to maintain quality and efficiency. You'll Attend site meetings, maintain documentation, and coordinate with team members, customers, and contractors to ensure work conforms to approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the workers and ensuring instructions are carried out properly.
• Attend site meetings.
• Monitor and keep track of site work progress to ensure that the waterproofing work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager
• Coordinate and communicate among team members, customers, and contractors to ensure that all works are carried out according to the approved drawing/specification
• Provide on-site solutions during supervision works.
