A&R Recycling Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee waterproofing works on site in Singapore. The role involves scheduling workers, attending meetings, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and efficiency in execution.

You will maintain documentation, coordinate with team members, customers, and contractors, and provide on-site solutions during supervision. Strong communication and independent work ability are required.

Formación

• Min 3 years of experience in a supervising position.
• Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with people at all levels.
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules.
• Hard-working, keen to learn, with no criminal record.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule workers and ensure instructions are carried out properly.
• Attend site meetings.
• Monitor and track site work progress to ensure waterproofing work is done with quality and efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate among team members, customers, and contractors per approved drawings/specifications.
• Provide on-site solutions during supervision works.
