Qualifications

• Stand, walk and perform heavy manual labor in all weather.
• Typically 1+ years of construction experience and safety awareness.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or GED; safety certifications preferred (e.g., CSCS).
• Reliable, punctual, team player; valid driver's license often required.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and cleanup to prepare safe work areas.
• Material handling: loading, unloading, transporting building materials.
• Labour assistance: mixing concrete, digging trenches, assisting trades.
• Tool/machine operation: basic tools and heavy equipment where trained.
• Ensure safety compliance and reporting incidents.
