Job summary

PUSHUN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and specifications.

You will coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to drive progress. Candidates should have a Civil Engineering or related degree, 5–10 years of Singapore construction experience, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant Singapore construction experience.
• Experience in building projects with main contractors preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with local construction regulations and site management practices.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Resolve site and technical issues effectively.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and construction activities.
• Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations and safety requirements.
