Job summary

LIV INTERIOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Management professional to coordinate site works, resolve drawing discrepancies, and liaise with consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

You will work independently as a key member of Site Management, monitor progress against baselines, prepare daily records and reports, and support the Construction/Project Manager in overseeing activities while ensuring a safe work environment and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.
• Able to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.
• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
• Responsible for preparing, submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.
• Identify the critical path of the project &coordinate with project managers, construction managers & discipline engineers to ensure that all activities falling on the critical path are completed on time so as not to delay the project.
• To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.
• Updating master programme schedule on a regular basis for project management reporting.
• Carry out project objectives to align with company goals
