Job summary

MEGABUILDERS & DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a capable site professional to assist the Project Manager in daily on-site management, supervising labour and subcontractors, and ensuring works meet specs.

You will liaise with local authorities, clients' representatives, sub-contractors and consultants, resolve technical issues promptly, and strive to maintain schedules and quality across the project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction/Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience from construction background.
• Positive personality and good team player.
• Meticulous and responsible.
• Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on day-to-day site management, supervising labour force and subcontractors.
• Liaise with local authorities, client's representatives, subcontractors and consultants.
• Check and ensure all plans and work are per specifications; resolve technical difficulties on site.
