Job summary

XINSEMAO CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Site Admin to handle daily administrative and site management tasks at construction sites in Singapore.

You will organize workers’ attendance, assign tasks, and manage manpower deployment to ensure smooth project execution. You will maintain records, monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors and the project team, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site administration or site management is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Singapore construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Valid construction safety certificates are required before performing work that requires certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and site management tasks at construction sites.
• Arrange workers’ attendance, job assignments and manpower deployment.
• Maintain records of workers’ attendance, working hours, overtime and leave.
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and the project management team.
• Maintain site documents, construction records, material delivery records and reports.
• Assist with workers’ training, certificates and Work Permit-related matters.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and report any site issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
