Job summary

SOON SOON PILING PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site role to assist the project coordinator and manager in planning, managing, and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects from inception to completion, with emphasis on timely delivery and quality standards.

You will help supervise site operations, oversee workers and contractors, maintain site safety, and ensure proper administration of materials and machinery while supporting senior staff and taking on additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
• Support the Project supervisor and manager as needed
• Ensure smooth job operations
• Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
• Other duties as assigned
