Job summary

sato kogyo (s) pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned Civil/Structural professional to lead on-site coordination and management of civil and structural works. The role requires a degree in engineering and extensive field experience on building projects.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to plan, coordinate, and control labour, plant, and subcontractors while ensuring time, cost, and EHS objectives are achieved. Independent work and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Structural) or Building from local universities or universities recognised by Professional Engineers Board.
• At least fifteen (15) of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
• Report to Project Manager, and assist in managing, planning and coordinating civil and structural works to meet time, cost, and EHS objectives.
• Coordinate and oversees all works on the site.
• Overrall management of labour, plant and materials.
• Control and coordination of subcontractors.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Type of contract : Permanent
• Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
