DI LONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to handover.

The role requires planning, coordinating, supervising daily site operations, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance on active sites in Singapore. You will liaise with main contractors, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, allocate manpower and equipment efficiently, resolve site issues, attend progress meetings, and deliver regular reports

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects and site operations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with construction practices, safety requirements, and project coordination.
