ARK FOUNDATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Manager to oversee daily field operations on construction projects in Singapore. The role requires directing work crews, monitoring progress, and coordinating with contractors and engineers to resolve on-site issues.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints and interpret building codes. A valid driver’s license and safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred in construction management or civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, direct work crews, and monitor project progress.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct hazard checks, and ensure proper use of safety gear.
• Inspect completed work to verify compliance with architectural blueprints and building codes.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project managers to resolve on-site delays or conflicts.
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment handling.
