HUANG KEE BUILDING MAINTENANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with team members, prepare materials, source quotations, and ensure timely completion while maintaining safety on site. The role requires at least 3 years in construction or building industries, proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in construction, design or building industries.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
• Capable of meeting tight timelines.
• Must attend construction safety course before commencing work.

Mansioni

• Work with the team and update Project Manager on project status and potential issues or opportunities.
• Prepare project materials and source quotations.
• Supervise and monitor project progress; report to Project Manager with client feedback and provide solutions to issues.
• Inspect and monitor compliance with project specifications and scope of work.
• Monitor safety standards and environmental regulations; maintain high workmanship quality on site.
• Lead meetings with team members, clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
