Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator to support site operations at Jurong East. You will coordinate schedules, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of construction activities.

The role involves site-based work, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Regular outdoor work across construction sites with a 5.5-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams on project schedules and activities.
• Plan and monitor daily project activities to ensure work is carried out according to specifications and timelines.
• Support project cost control, procurement, equipment utilisation, and resource planning.
• Monitor project risks and work with relevant teams to implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, site records, and financial reports.
• Ensure project activities comply with contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and elevate any issues or delays to the relevant stakeholders.
• Perform other ad-hoc project duties as assigned.
• This role requires regular work at construction sites and must be comfortable working outdoors.
