Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer. The role entails enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, and supporting project safety management. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector, with a strong understanding of safety protocols. A certificate in Risk Management Implementation Plan is required, and experience in the Aviation sector is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, 3 years with developer/main contractor.
• Certificate in Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent is required.
• Preferred experience in Aviation / Aerodrome sector.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and promote safety rules and regulations at the workplace.
• Perform daily health, safety, and environmental inspections.
• Monitor contractors' safety performance actively.
• Provide supervision for critical construction works.
• Notify of incidents and provide real-time updates.
