Job summary

Greenmark Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Support role to assist the Safety Manager in enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on construction projects, ensuring compliance with statutory and aerodrome safety requirements.

You will implement safety controls, coordinate with stakeholders and authorities, conduct daily site inspections, prepare situation reports, investigate incidents, and promote adherence to the Workplace Health and Safety Act and our Safety Management

Qualifications

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.
• Experience developing Risk Management Implementation Plans (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety Manager in managing safety, health, environmental, and welfare obligations on projects.
• Implement safety controls to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with authorities, agencies, and consultants to support safety management.
• Prepare daily safety reports to track incidents and performance.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and document findings with the Project Safety Team.
• Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents and document findings.
• Wear PPE and follow all safety procedures.
• Support Workplace Health and Safety Act compliance and safety management systems.
• Identify training or certification needs to meet legislative standards.
