Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Pasir Ris invites a skilled Quantity Surveyor - Construction to join our team. This role provides exposure to tendering, BOQs, cost estimates, and contract administration on diverse construction projects.

You will prepare cost reports, monitor progress, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure accurate pricing and documentation.

5-day week, on-site location, with a basic salary of SGD 4,000–5,000.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, tendering, estimating or contract administration within the construction industry.
• Familiar with preparing BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents and progress claims.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, variations, cost control and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accurate pricing.
• Assist in contract administration, including variations, progress claims, and payment applications.
• Conduct site measurements and monitor project progress for cost verification and valuation.
• Track project costs, prepare cost reports, and support budget control throughout the project.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, and assist with procurement-related cost analysis.
• Prepare final accounts, project handover documentation, and maintain proper cost and contract records.
