Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Experience working in Singapore and internationally is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of rebar workers to execute all rebar works efficiently on site.
• Interpret construction rebar drawings and accurately process bar bending schedules to guide work activities.
• Coordinate timely delivery of rebar materials to the construction site to maintain workflow continuity.
• Collaborate with formwork and casting supervisors to align schedules and meet project deadlines.
• Conduct joint inspections with SRE, RE, and Engineers to secure approval for rebar tying quality and compliance.
• Enforce and manage safety protocols on site to ensure all work procedures meet safety standards.
