Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Civil/Construction Project Manager. You will plan, direct and oversee construction activities, ensuring safety and timely delivery while reporting progress to management.

The role requires at least 5 years in the field; a degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Quantity Surveying is essential. Preference for candidates with site leadership experience and familiarity with structural/architectural works.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for candidates with managerial experience in civil/construction.
• Experience in structural and architectural works is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and direct construction activities to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Present management reports on progress, performance, and issues.
• Cover site activities and documents and report to management promptly.
• Direct site staff, contractors and suppliers and coordinate communications.
• Manage projects within timeline and budget, considering risk and environmental factors.
• Allocate resources based on schedules and constraints.

Job description

• Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.
• Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management
• Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors, and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements.
• Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.
• Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Experienced in Structural and Architecture works will be preferred,
